Captain Patricia Caswell is the General Manager of SYSC. With a distinguished career as a yacht captain and former Quality Control Manager at Gulf Craft Services, she brings a rare combination of practical seafaring knowledge and technical expertise. At SYSC, Patricia leads with a focus on uncompromising quality, ensuring every vessel receives the highest standard of care, maintenance, and service. Known for her empathetic leadership and commitment to excellence, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening Gulf Craft’s after-sales and service capabilities.
Captain Mostafa Amin
SYSC Manager
Mr. Mostafa Amin is a Yacht Captain with over 17 years of maritime experience and more than 10 years in warranty and aftersales management. He oversees operational, technical, and customer support functions while managing SYSC service yard equipped with lifting capacity from 75 to 600 tons. Known for strong leadership and operational efficiency, he ensures high service standards and reliable yacht performance across all activities.
